**We are now recruiting for a Financial Services Administrator to join our growing team based in our Glasgow office.**

As our Financial Services Administrator you will be responsible for:

- Working closely with the Advisers and Para-Planners within the Financial Services Team
- Preparing Valuation Reports and packs for annual review meetings
- Processing Fund Switches, Withdrawals and New Business
- Distributing Mail daily
- Collating plan/policy information from Providers
- Dealing with queries from our Tax Department on client’s investments/pensions etc
- Income and Fees Reconciliation
- Experience on several provider platforms

**In order to be successful in this role you must have / be**:

- Must have at least 2 years Financial Services experience.
- Experience with Intelligent office is essential.
