Manchester Apartments is looking to recruit an experienced Housekeeper (Cleaner) to work in their brand new development City Co Living Newcastle, a luxury and modern residential development of 241 apartments in Newcastle‘s City Centre.

**Role Profile**

We are looking for keen applicants who are vigilant and thrive in providing excellent customer service. You will be a part of a brand-new team to ensure that residents and visitors are welcomed and safe within our building. This role will include a rota of evening and weekend work.

**Experience, Skills, and Knowledge**
- Responsibility for cleaning a large residential property, hotel, leisure complex or place of work.
- Professional and hardworking with a positive and upbeat personality, and desire to do a good job.
- Committed and takes a pride in your work, reliable, flexible, pleasant.
- Keen to help others and truly engage with residents and colleagues.
- Efficient and proactive, able to work independently and under own initiative.
- Reliable, efficient, and strong time management and organisation skills

**Salary and package**
- Full time, permanent position, 40 hours per week
