Previous outbound call experience beneficial
**Paying £12.31 per hour**
**Working Mon - Friday**
**08:00am - 16:30pm**
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Follow up higher value quotations within 24 hours of issue.
- Methodically and systematically categorise those to be included in the follow up pipeline
- Where appropriate expand on the initial information using enquiry information
- Engage with internal external influencers to maximise quote conversion probability
- Extend beyond the quote where required to identify other tenders and main contractor decision makers as required to maximise conversion.
- Be very systematic and methodical in the managing, prioritising and tracking of the quote opportunities.

- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Commitment to external and internal customer satisfaction
- High level of customer service skills demonstrating a positive, friendly and professional atti-tude at all times
- Product knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Analytical abilities
- Microsoft Packages - Word, Excel and Outlook
- IT packages
- Comfortable with overcoming objections
- Skilled in finding multiple routes to the source of information
