Role: Sheet Metal Engineer

**Salary**:£27,000-£32,000pa (£13 - £15 per hour)
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 08.00-16.30, Friday 08.00-15.30 + Overtime at time ½
Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Job type: Full time, Permanent
Interaction have partnered with an established sheet metal & structural steel installation & manufacturer based in the Norwich area. Due to continuous expansion over the past 12 months, this client are welcoming an additional sheet metal worker on a full timepermanent basis.
The Package

The Role:

- The use of punch, press machinery working on industrial grade stainless, galvanised & mild steel
- Produce products for the industrial/commercial industry (ventilation, ducts, balustrades & staircases)
- Work from technical drawings to cut, drill & machine components in line with specifications
- Abide to current health & safety legislations
**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a sheet metal worker / welder fabricator (essential)
- A good understanding of punch press machines, hand tools, cutting machinery & working with stainless/mild or galvanised steel
- The ability to work from technical drawings
- Able to work alone and as part of a team

Similar roles may include: Sheet metal worker, sheet fabricator, welder fabricator, metal machinist.
