**The Role**

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Demand and Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team and help drive growth for our company. As a Demand and Growth Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of various marketing initiatives, campaigns and programs to generate leads, increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Support the management of our marketing automation and CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement lead-nurturing programs
- Help with the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and webinars
- Assist with the planning and execution of events and webinars
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Assist with market research and competitive analysis

**Essential**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS industry
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems, Salesforce is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
