An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, well-motivated and dedicated Therapy Assistant to join our Rapid Response Team, South Tyneside

This is a unique and rewarding role which will allow you to work with alongside our Nursing, Occupational and Physiotherapy team to deliver rehabilitation to patients in their own homes. You will be given training and supervision to support you in the role.

You will work within Directorate One of Community Services, supported by senior colleagues who are passionate and proud of the services we deliver to our community of South Tyneside and Sunderland.
