Crem Recruitment has been appointed to recruit for a key business within the manufacturing industry to facilitate their ongoing expansion at this important time.

Our client is looking to recruit several Machine Operatives to work at their busy factory in Newmarket (Suffolk).

**Duties**
- Loading raw material onto machines
- Running pre-set machinery to client specification
- Using hand tools and power tools to ensure a clean finish to the finished product.
- Unloading finished product from machines.
- Quality check of finished goods.
- Maintaining good housekeeping and reporting near misses/unsafe activity.

**Hours & Pay**

Monday to Friday 6am - 3pm

**Pay rate**:
**£11.70 per hour**

**Personal Specification**

Applicants must be able to demonstrate previous experience in a Manufacturing, **Engineering**, or **Machine operation** environment.
- Be reliable and trustworthy.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Able to read technical specifications and communicate effectively.
