**Receptionist**

**Reports to**: Operations Director

**Location**: Office based - Newmarket

**Hours**: 32hrs across a 4-day week (no salary sacrifice)

**Salary**:£20,000 - £22,000

**Job snapshot**:
As Wonde's Receptionist, you'll be provided with the opportunity to kickstart your career in the office support space.

You'll have a variation of responsibilities covering all areas of Reception, although your primary responsibilities will be to welcome visitors and manage the switchboard.

Previous reception experience is not a deal breaker. We're all about our people and we're looking for someone who has the right mindset and willingness to develop in this role.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Meet and greet visitors, covering deliveries, interviewees, and other external guests
- Management of meetings rooms for visitors
- When needed answer the telephone in a polite and friendly manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing postage
- Management and maintenance of the expresso machine
- Efficiently keep track of office supplies/stock and when needed order new supplies
- Complete regular checks of the workspace and environment to ensure safe working conditions
- Oversee the shared office space, ensuring the areas are always clean and ready for use
- When required manage archiving activities and dispose of the paperwork appropriately
- Coordinate any maintenance activities across the office and or car park
- Ensure facilities tasks are managed and actioned appropriately and where necessary escalated
- Support the management of desk and parking reservations via the internal booking system
- Support on ad hoc administrative projects and tasks as and when required
