We are seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth workflow within the veterinary clinic. **Duties**:

- Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
- Check-in and check-out clients, ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Collect payments and process invoices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using veterinary software systems for scheduling and record-keeping
- Knowledge of basic laboratory procedures and terminology related to veterinary medicine (not essential - full training will be given on the job)

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
