We are currently searching for Site Administrator who is friendly and personable with good numerical and organisational skills

**About The Role**:

- _**Job Title**:_ Administrator
- _**Job Type**:_Permanent, Full time
- _**Reporting**:_ Security Operations Manager
- _**Hours**:_ Monday to Friday, 08:00am
- 6:00pm (weekends as and when required and agreed in advance)
- _**Location: Birmingham City Centre**_

**Duties And Responsibilities**:
Main duties and responsibilities are indicated below. Other duties of an appropriate level and nature may also be required, as directed by those above.

**Key Accountabilities**:
Overseeing security inbound and outbound paper work

Maintaining computerised administration

Supporting the team with legislation changes

To carry out any other duties as and when required

To maintain confidentiality

To participate in training and performance development as required

**Core Duties**:
Communicating and interacting with clients, vendors, suppliers and customers.

Maintaining company employee database

Ensuring all operatives has valid and in date competencies relevant to thier job role

Administration support to the Security management team

Prepare weekly time sheets

Proposing innovative ideas and suggestions for improvement - encouraging and listening to the suggestions and opinions of those around you to enhance the service we provide to our customers.

Ordering stationery, and site supplies, raising PO's for suppliers

Supporting clients, customer requirements, and requests

**Training**:

Versatile, with a well-rounded administration background.

Motivational, forward thinking and adaptable style of working.

Ability to identify and evaluate potential risks and, where possible, develop solutions to mitigate these

Excellent understanding of reporting and recording performance statistics

Strong working knowledge of different systems and how to fully utilise them

Excellent relationship building skills

Desire to fully embrace being part of a wider team - happy to lend a hand to others where needed

**Conditions Of Employment**:

- Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
