Varsity Canterbury are an independent student accommodation company that focus on delivering **exceptional quality accommodation**.

We're looking to hire a **Lettings Consultant **to work in our Canterbury office.

You'll also liaise with property owners and provide regular, in depth updates to them, you'll be responsible for engaging with our customers via social media and will be able to provide advice and opinions on all-things student accommodation related.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is **outgoing, personable, approachable **and **thorough. **You will champion the Varsity Canterbury brand and objectives and help drive the business forward.

You must be willing and able to prospect new customers, be innovative and ready to be grow with our business.

The main roles of the position will include:

- Conducting viewings
- Dealing with leads
- Managing a database of clients
- Prospecting new clients
- Engaging with clients via our social media channels
- Offering advice to Landlords

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Lettings: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence and own car (required)
