Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Association and would like to introduce the following position available

**Position:

Scheme Assistant**

**Location:

- Moss side - Manchester**

**Rate:

- £12.22 p/hour PAYE inc holiday pay

**Length:

- 4 weeks on going**

**Hours:

- 20 hours p/week**

**The role will predominantly involve**:

- Ensuring a high standard of cleaning to the communal areas of the scheme
- Supporting the scheme manager daily with the running of the scheme and covering as and when required
- Cleaning of Mats, Carpets, Paintwork, Floors, Furniture and Equipment
- Emptying bins, waste paper bins
- Regular laundering of hand towels and tea towels to toilets and kitchen
- Assisting residents and visitors with queries
