Spire Norwich Hospital are looking to bring on a Theatre Administrator within their established team.
An exciting opportunity exists for a professional individual with strong administration skills to provide a wide range of support functions within the Theatre Dept.
**Responsibilities will include**
- Supporting the Theatre Manager and the Theatre Scheduling & Admin Lead
- Assisting with payroll admin and queries
- Maintaining accurate records within SAP and Excel, also data entry/upkeep for SSI & Breast registry.
- Minute taking for theatre meetings.
**Who we're looking for**
- The successful applicant will have a proactive approach and excellent communication, organisational and IT skills, including use of in-house software.
- Key attributes will be the ability to establish good working relationships across the hospital together with strong attention to detail.
- Experience of working in a healthcare environment would be an advantage.
