**About the role**
Wiltshire College & University Centre are seeking dynamic, excellence-focused and innovative practitioner to drive high standards and aspiration in the Quality of Education at the College. The Quality and Innovation Lead will work closely with curriculum staff and managers to support improvement and innovation in learning through a programme of staff training, coaching and intervention strategies, supported by evidence-based research. You will develop positive working relationships with all curriculum teams and become the go-to expert to inform and support ongoing improvements in the Quality of Education for all students and skills development for staff.
**About you**
We are looking for an outstanding practitioner, with proven experience of learning outcomes with your own students as well as evidenced impact of improving learning experiences and outcomes for other staff and curriculum teams. You will be passionate about the ongoing improvement of teaching and learning with a strong knowledge of evidence-informed learning strategies and professional development programmes. You will be confident and adept at working with large and varied groups of professionals both in 1:1 and group training environments, experience at building programmes of support and delivery with proven and measured outcomes for staff and students.
