**Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage the quality assurance processes within the educational adult learning environment.

Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with OFSTED frameworks and regulations.

Oversee the assessment, evaluation, and improvement of educational programs and services.

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to establish quality benchmarks and objectives.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.

Provide guidance and support to staff regarding quality improvement initiatives.

Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to adult education.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the department.

Collaborate with senior management to develop policies and procedures aligned with quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within an educational adult learning environment.

Strong knowledge and understanding of OFSTED frameworks and regulations.

Proven experience leading and managing a quality assurance department.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive improvement initiatives.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.

Knowledge of adult learning theories and best practices is highly desirable.

Relevant qualifications in education, quality assurance, or a related field are preferred.

**Salary**: £38,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
