As a Business Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating and providing administrative support to the Director of Digital, Data and Technology and on occasion the wider team. We have recently invested heavily into the department with exciting new projects and opportunities funded by significant investment. **The role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing and coordinating administrative duties for the Director of Digital, Data and Technology and on occasion the wider team.
- Co-ordinate diaries for the Director of Digital, Data and Technology and other Senior managers.
- Arranging travel itineraries, accommodation, and transport
- Coordinating and managing meetings, taking notes, and following up on action points.
- Processing and monitoring correspondence
- Preparing, collating, and distributing reports and briefings
- Providing support to senior management as required
- Ensure administrative functions and process are implemented, managed, and maintained to the agreed standards.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a good standard of education to at least GCSE A-C Level, including Maths and English or be able to demonstrate equivalent skills and abilities.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- A high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

**Where you’ll fit in**:
