Hseq Advisor

**Summary**:
Are you a passionate HSEQ professional? Join our prestigious client as an HSEQ Advisor and play a pivotal role in implementing Health and Safety legislation, conducting internal support, and championing safety at every level. This site-based role will involve working around the country, including night shifts as required.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a recognized safety qualification (NEBOSH, IOSH, BSC, etc.)
- Highly developed communication skills.
- Well-developed investigation and auditing skills.
- Demonstrable understanding of Health and Safety law.
- Experience in team working and on-site self-management.
- Computer literate.
- Strong interest in legislative, regulatory, and good-practice standards.
- Valid driving license.
- Able to work night shifts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement Health and Safety legislation effectively.
- Ensure company-wide compliance with management systems.
- Monitor and report findings to the HSEQ manager.
- Engage with workforce representatives to champion safety.
- Conduct incident investigations and report outcomes.
- Develop and submit site-specific safe systems of work documentation.
- Represent the Company in HSEQ matters.

**Desirable Skills / Qualifications**:

- Demonstrable understanding of Environmental law.
- Demonstrable understanding of Lift Plan requirements.
- Proven track record of reporting issues and positive results.
