Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals experiencing homelessness? The London Borough of Waltham Forest is seeking a dedicated Rough Sleepers Coordinator to join our dynamic Housing Options and Support Service team.
**What Youll Do**:
Collaborate with skilled colleagues to improve services for rough sleepers and homeless individuals.
Develop and manage partnerships with key stakeholders and residents.
Support service providers in delivering frontline support services and person-led housing solutions.
Ensure accommodation and support pathways are tailored to meet diverse needs effectively.
Implement a personalisation approach to support for rough sleepers and homeless individuals.
Work with service providers to enhance services and increase accommodation uptake.
Support Housing Options Operations Managers in meeting the diverse needs of rough sleepers.
**About You**:
Passionate about contributing to positive change in housing services.
Experience supporting vulnerable individuals in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organisational abilities and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in computerised record-keeping systems.
Committed to learning and growing with the services.
