**Job Description**:
Our Home Instead **Care Professionals** provide a variety of non-medical services including:

- Companionship
- Home help
- Personal care
- Medication support
- Specialised care
- Assisting with shopping and hobbies
- Assisting on days out

The work our **Care Professionals** do out in the local community makes a real difference to the lives of others. We are here to change the face of ageing

We are looking for someone to join our Care Professionals team This will be within Newcastle under Lyme & Stoke on Trent areas.

**Qualifications**:
No experience necessary We offer Award Winning training which is comprised of a mixture of e-learning from home and in-house workshops. Leading to a nationally recognised Certificate of Care once completed. We would love to hear from you if you are:

- An excellent timekeeper who is organised and reliable.
- Compassionate and kind.
- A good listener, able to communicate clearly and build relationships.

Additional Information
**Home Instead Will Offer You**:

- ** Excellent rate of pay** **£11.20 per hour Monday to Friday increasing to £12.20 per hour Saturday & Sunday. **Double pay** on bank holidays
- ** Mileage payments** at 30p per mile & 45p whilst travelling with/for a client.
- ** Flexible hours** **we work with you to build a schedule that suits your needs - Evenings, alternate weekends as well as the regular weekday visits works perfectly for our client schedules
- ** Minimum 1-hour calls** with your own regular matched clients
- ** Time** to spend getting to know your clients with realistic and timely care plans for each visit
- ** Varied contracts available** from** **Zero Hours to Average Hours

Once you've successfully completed your training, you’ll be carefully matched to your clients and asked to visit them in their own homes. Your role is to help them feel as comfortable as possible, support them with anything from shopping and cooking meals, to personal hygiene assistance, companionship and social company. It’s really important to be able to build up trust with the client you’re visiting so that they feel comfortable with you.
