- Help to evolve and shape our influencer strategy.
- Manage relationships with existing creators and lead identification and outreach to new creators.

**Skills Required**:

- Passionate and knowledgeable about social media, influencers, musicians/DJs, trends and talent.
- Proficient in TikTok & Instagram.
- Basic experience using excel.
- An analytical mind with an eye for spotting trends.

**Personal Qualities**:
Must be 18+ as may be working on site events inside 18+ venues. Takes pride in their work and sets personal targets to achieve goals. Is creative and isn't afraid to put forward new ideas.

GCSEs A-C / A-Level (or equivalent)
