**The role**:
- As a Tax Disputes Manager, you will take a lead role in handling investigations, HMRC correspondence, and disclosure reports. This will include COP 8/9, Cross Tax enquiries, NMW enquiries, voluntary disclosures, overpayment relief claims, and technicalaspect enquiries.
- You will report directly to the Head of Tax Disputes, but you will work with Partners and members of the wider team across the firm to handle Tax Disputes.
- With a huge variety of clients, the successful applicant will build exposure and gain valuable technical experience
**The applicant**:
- ATT/CTA qualification, HMRC inspector training (TPDP, TSP etc.) or equivalent.
- Demonstrable experience of tax enquiries, investigations, and disclosures.
- Experience of report writing, and tax computations is preferred.
- Experience of training and mentoring junior staff would be useful.
