Cedar Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior to join our client's Tax Disputes and Disclosures team in London. As a Senior Tax Dispute Resolution Specialist, you will play a key role in resolving complex tax disputes and disclosures, working closely with the Tax Investigations Director and the successful tax dispute resolution team.

About the Firm

Our client is a top UK employer with offices in London and various offices across the south. They offer a dynamic environment with exposure to a wide range of tax dispute resolution cases, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage tax dispute resolution cases from inception to resolution
  • Develop and implement effective tax dispute resolution strategies
  • Collaborate with the Tax Investigations Director and the tax dispute resolution team to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in tax dispute resolution, preferably in a senior role
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including UK tax laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
