To assist in warehouse duties including receipt and location of goods, picking and dispatching of items specific to the business.

Duties to include cleaning and testing of electrical items (training can be provided).

Picking from a job requisition sheet to then allow the Purchase Dept. to generate a dispatch note.

A small amount of fork lift work, however the fork lift is rarely used so more manual handling than mechanical is to be expected.

Logging of fire extinguishers and various non-consumable items on computer system to keep database updated.

General housekeeping.

Receipt and restocking of site returns to allow re-use where possible. Note, clearance’s will involve manual labour so fairly active person required.

Driving cover for holidays / absence.

Some long distance & hours required to suit nationwide project specifics.

Must work as a close knit member of staff.

Warehouse opening hours 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday although our Projects can run 24 hours per day / 7 days per week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
