Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at CastleView Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and prepare stock for distribution, including tagging, labelling, and ticketing
- Select and pack items for store orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Identify and resolve issues related to stock quality and inventory management
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Basic math skills and ability to operate warehouse equipment
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early mornings and evenings
- Desirable: experience in a warehouse or production environment
