**Technical Administrator - Environment**

**Chichester**

**What you will be doing**:
An opportunity has arisen for an Technical Administrator to join the team at Galliford Try.

You will work on our Southern Water Frameworks within our Environment Business, who are experienced in successfully delivering schemes of varying sizes, predominately to the Water Industry, across both Treatment Waste and Water schemes, delivering both Design and Build.

Ideally, you will be based in or around the Chichester area.

You will be an integral part of Project Delivery team, reporting to the Area Commissioning Manager and working with the Technical Author to provide administrative support to the Technical Author in accordance with defined priorities.

You will be responsible for ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to the highest standards, working closely with our team to organise and maintain the document management system Viewpoint for Projects and prepare and distribute documentation as required.

In your role as Technical Administrator, an understanding of contract specific requirements for documentation will be key. You will assist the Technical Team with the coordination and gathering of internal documentation such as control philosophy, schedules and drawings for inclusion into the operation and maintenance manuals, checking that drawings have been issued as detailed in the drawing register.

You will play a primary role in ensuring that all office administrative functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity for the project, with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget.
