- Fully Remote, Working from Home
- Permanent, Full Time, Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
- Salary circa £22,000 - £25,000 per Annum, Depending on Experience

**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer enquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Evaluate workflows, processes, and services to improve customer experience.
- Work closely with international customer support and operational teams.
- Conduct troubleshooting, as necessary.
- Identify and propose executable resolutions related to customer experience.
- Maintain awareness of internal goals, procedures, and changes across various business units.
- Follow protocols to protect intellectual property & uphold accreditation standards.
- Support and maintain policies and processes in accordance with the company brand and mission.

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**:
**Essential**:

- 3+ years relevant business support experience, to include customer service and administration in equal measure.
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s to include Maths & English, or equivalent.
- Self-motivated with demonstrable experience of working from home.
- Experience with CRM software.
- PC literate with good MS Office skills.
- Excellent oral communication skills to communicate globally across all business functions.
- Strong cultural awareness & experience with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously & prioritise.
- Able to work independently and proactively with mínimal supervision and with a team.
- Aptitude toward root cause analysis & cause and effect analysis.
- Good time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organised.
- Efficient problem-solving skills.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- A pro-active forward thinking team player.
- Able to manage your own performance as well as ongoing learning & development.

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience of a pan EMEA/APAC role
- Have a background and/or interest in Cyber Security.
- Experience of using ServiceNow and or Confluence.
