**Principal Contacts ** a) Internal. Managing Director. All other company staff including clients of Osteoplus Ltd as required. b) External. Customers, potential customers, suppliers, contractors.

**Environment**

The post is based at the company offices in Unit 1b Century Park Swansea. The role may include occasional travel to other premises for meetings and or training purposes.

**Job Purpose**

To provide a range of professional and administrative services to ensure the smooth running and professional standards of OsteoPlus Limited and its back-office functions for Managed Services

Clients. This list is not exhaustive and covers the general responsibilities.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**

1. To be responsible for the maintenance of an electronic database that contains all relevant customer details.

2. Using the internet, social media and other appropriate methods, identify prospective new customers / clients of the business.

3. To make undertake telephone contact with the customers or identify the appropriate individual within the company/Hospital concerned to liaise with (that being the person who would place business with Osteoplus or it's clients).

4. To keep records of prospective new clients, the contact details of the responsible person within the business, and the outcomes of the initial discussion.

5. To make contact with individual customers and / or the responsible person within each

Hospital account.

6. To maintain and develop an ongoing relationship with major customers of the company and key personnel of OsteoPlus clients.

7. To administer a stock control, order processing and invoicing system and to produce first level sales figures and reports.

8. To be responsible for stock receipt and delivery arrangements to customers.

9. To undertake any training as required.

10. To undertake other duties as reasonably required.

12. Complete Quality Management System documents to comply with ISO13484:2016 requirements.

OsteoPlus manufacture General and Bespoke Surgical Instruments, Patient Matched Orthopaedic

Implants, Patient Matched Craniomaxillofacial Implants, Cutting Guides and Anatomical models for surgery, Patient Matched Veterinary Implants and Guides. There is currently no on site manufacturing all work is subcontracted out. OsteoPlus Ltd are certified to ISO13485:2016 to comply with Medical Device Regulations.

EliteMediserv® provide managed services to medical device companies, this includes customer service front and back-office services, accounting, warehousing, loan set management, shipping, and logístical services. EliteMediserv® act as a company head office and provide all services to achieve this. EliteMediserv® is certified to ISO13485:2016 to comply with client and medical device requirements.

EliteMediserv® clients conduct business in Clinical Diagnostics, Orthopaedics, Paediatric

Orthopaedics, PPE and General Surgery.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
