Recruitment Consultant

Recruitment Consultant required.

ROLE: FULL TIME, PERMANENT. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

LOCATION: PORTADOWN (BUT MAY BE REQUIRED TO TRAVEL TO DUNGANNON OFFICE)

SALARY: NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING ON LEVEL OF CANDIDATES EXPERIENCE.

DESCRIPTION:

- Carrying out company induction training, when required.
- General administration which includes drafting/typing ad hoc letters, filing, photocopying, scanning.
- Establish and maintain filing systems, both electronic and manual.
- Sourcing, identifying and approaching new clients.
- The company offer 24/7 support to their clients, therefore consultants are required to carry mobile phones outside of office hours.

Please note that it is essential that you have access to your own vehicle and a full driving licence to fulfil the needs of this role as you may be required to work in both our Portadown and Dungannon offices.

SKILLS
- Ability to work under pressure as part of a team as well as independently.
- First class presentation skills and being able to communicate confidently.
- IT literate and proficient in the use of MS Office, Word, Excel and social media platforms
- Professional manner, flexibility and willingness to learn
- Excellent customer service abilities, with a strong understanding of the importance of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage own workload

QUALIFICATIONS
- Min 5 GCSEs including English and Maths (A-C grade)
- Min 2 years’ experience in Recruitment.
