We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Receptionist Manager to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, the Receptionist Manager plays a crucial role in providing outstanding service and ensuring smooth operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the repair team to ensure timely service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, appointments, and transactions
- Oversee the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction
- Train and supervise reception staff to ensure they deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and enhance the overall customer experience

- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
