Yiayias is an award-winning Greek & Cypriot Restaurant, with locations in Farnham, Surrey and Winchester, Hampshire. At our Yiayias Restaurants, you can expect a warm welcome, great service and fantastic, freshly prepared Greek, Cypriot and Mediterranean dishes.

Yiayais is recently under new ownership, and this is a chance for someone to join us and be part of the future of this exciting brand.

**Job Purpose**

To work as part of a team, to consistently deliver high-quality food and service to our customers and to work collaboratively to ensure Yiayias standards are maintain and that everyone who walks in the door has a great experience.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Ensuring that the quality of service is consistently high and that customer queries and grievances are managed swiftly and appropriately to maintain a great experience for our customers
- Maintenance of a safe, hygienic and secure working environment
- Working effectively as part of a hospitality team
- Serving food & drinks
- Give customers a positive impression of yourself and your organisation
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and licensing laws
- Initiating and driving marketing efforts and informing customers and employees about menus and promotions
- Maintain strong communication with the Front and Back of House Teams.

**Experience**
- _
Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, ideally hospitality_
- _ Demonstrable skills in providing excellemt customer service_
- _ Passion for hospitality_
- _ Ideally, Food Hygiene (EHO) Level 2, but training will be given_
- _ Ideally completed full allergy training, but training will be given_
