Responsibilities:

- Oversee and run the daily operations of the front of house, including the dining area, bar, and customer service.
- Manage and train front of house staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth food production and timely delivery of orders.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized front of house area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies such as utensils, glassware, and condiments, and place orders as needed.
- Implement and enforce food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe dining experience for customers.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively supervise front of house staff.
- Knowledge of food production processes and culinary techniques to ensure quality standards are met.
- Familiarity with bartending techniques and ability to oversee bar operations.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to enforce proper practices.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and vendors.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Salary**: £8.60-£12.92 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
