**Resourcing/HR Advisor - COPE Occupational Health Services Ltd, Castle Boulevard, Nottingham, NG7 1FW - Part-Time (approx. 25 hours over 5 days) - £27-29k FTE**

**WE ARE RECRUITING**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing/HR advisor to join our friendly team. We are looking for someone who enjoys the buzz of a busy office and who is able to efficiently providing a resourcing and HR administration service and general support to the HR department.

**About you**

You will have experience of delivering or supporting a successful recruitment service.

You will have experience in HR administration including use of HR systems.

You will have excellent IT skills (this is an essential criteria) and be proficient in Microsoft programmes including Excel. You will be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail and be a great communicator.

You will be a social media user and confident to use this within your work.

**About the role**

Duties include:

- Advertise all vacancies through use of our recruitment portal, via social media, internal sources and other platforms as agreed
- Collate and maintain a library of adverts and job descriptions
- Respond to enquiries regarding advertised posts and ad hoc enquires to given timeframes and standards
- Liaise with external resourcing suppliers as agreed
- Manage, coordinate and communicate with applicants and the hiring manager as required at all stages of the recruitment process including gathering further information, shortlisting, feedback and arranging of interviews
- Attend relevant external events as agreed to network and represent COPE
- Effectively administer HR related documentation, including contracts of employment, offer letters, end of probation letters, contract variations, flexible working requests etc
- Carry out pre-employment and ongoing due diligence checks for example; identity checks, sending and tracking of references, PIN checks, professional indemnity, DBS etc
- Coordinate induction days in conjunction with the relevant line manager
- Coordinate the whole induction process to ensure the correct paperwork is issued and returned
- Administer all company benefits including processing new starters and leavers, reviews, updates etc and communicate appropriately internally
- Administer the annual HR calendar coordinating weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual activity with the Business Support Manager and HR Director
- Act as first point of contact for dealing with day-to-day HR related queries and advising in line with the current policies and procedures
- Maintain an accurate and efficient HR database with employee information and necessary documentation, including administering new starters, entering all changes and leavers to the system in accordance with GDPR legislation
- Produce informative reports and updates on all people related company KPI’s in a timely fashion
- Provide updates on all people related company KPI’s in a timely fashion
- Coordinate and assist with periodic processes such as auditing accuracy of information, collation of completed appraisal documentation, training records, due diligence checks etc
- Provide reports to the senior clinical team in relation to qualification expiry dates to inform training requirements
- Provide reports in relation to outstanding appraisal and 121’s according to the current policy
- Create an annual training needs assessment across the business following the annual appraisal process
- Updating of employee annual leave and absence records including sickness and provide reports as required
- Updating of company organisational charts, contact lists
- To co-ordinate the annual employee survey
- To co-ordinate the internal communication process
- General administration duties and support including supporting the HR Director, key milestones e.g. long service anniversaries, key birthdays, new starter gifts etc
- Other ad hoc duties as required including participation in project work
