Well established and successful financial services company are now looking or an EA to join their busy team to provide one to one support for their CEO. This is an incredibly varied role and will involve EA duties, event management and otheradhocprojects

This role is a maternity contract, for12 months

**The role will involve;**
- Diary management - managing their schedule and booking in meetings.
- Travel - booking international and UK travel
- Expenses
- Scheduling board meetings and taking action points
- Acting as gate keeper for the CEO
- Creating PowerPoint - collating information, creation and formatting
- Event Management - managing events from creation to results
- Adhocoffice management duties -ordering stationery, first point of contact for any facilities issues
- Projects - working on various projects such as assisting with the organisation of their office move

**Your attributes/skills.....**
- Previous experience of providing EA support to a CEO
- Able to work independently, and on owninitiative
- Able to work in a busy and varied EA role - involving; classic EA duties and managingadhocprojects
- Event management - an understanding of putting together, and creating events such as their Christmas party and incentives
