**HR Co-Ordinator - Wednesbury**
**Knowledge and Experience**
**- CIPD Level 3 qualified with a desire to progress to level 5.**
**- Proven experience within a HR function with emphasis on time and attendance, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and employee relations.**
**- Knowledge of Employment Law.**
**- Experience in driving training and has the ability to build rapport with peers to encourage a positive environment by learning and developing people.**
**Responsibilities**
- **General administration relating to HR and Training Matters**:
- **Co-ordination of the time and attendance system**:
- **Oversee recruitment for tier one roles**:
- **Completing and updating monthly KPI reports**:
- **Note taking during investigation, disciplinary or grievances meetings**:
- **Review and maintain training matrices**:
- **Measure monthly progress of training results**
**This role is a permanent full time position working Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.00am - 3.30pm with an early finish of 1.00pm on Fridays.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £26,000.00 per year
