If you open your fridge freezer, up to 20% of the products you'll see have passed through a Lineage facility. We support customers who keep our schools and restaurants stocked and supplied as well as working with many of the UK's leading retailers.

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join our customer support team at our new fully automated facility located in Peterborough.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 0700 - 1530 (however start times can be negotiated).
- In this role you will:

- Manage the site's day to day on the Front Desk using our Warehouse Management System.
- Systemically taking care of the operation by ensuring accuracy in the stock we receive and ship out.
- Greet drivers and visitors to the facility warmly.
- Provide accurate and informative updates to our customers on the status of their loads.
- Manage the flow of communication between the warehouse and the stock team.
- Support in resolving any day-to-day issues.

- Professional customer services and organisation skills
- Strong eye for attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, team player with the ability to use own initiative
- Administration skills - Knowledge on warehouse system software
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
