**Group Internal Recruiter Responsibilities**:

- Putting job adverts live on company website, job boards, and working with recruitment agencies as required
- Provide assistance and administrative support to the Head of HR
- Provide recruitment support to all departments and managers assisting with all recruitment requirements.
- Act as a first point of contact for vacancies and recruitment requirements, provide guidance on processes and procedures escalating to Head of HR where needed.
- Ensure up-to-date Job descriptions are in place for every role using company standard format.
- Supporting Managers with advertising vacancies online, scheduling interviews, coordinating recruitment days and preparing offers.
- Accurate and detailed data management of recruitment channels/methods and costs.
- Establish and maintain supplier records.
- Assist the HR Manager with general administrative support they may require such as advertising, chasing documentation etc.
- Handle all other general recruitment, job offer and leaver queries, providing advice and support to line managers on HR policies and procedures
- Administer and co-ordinate the company resourcing and recruitment process
- Provide data for and prepare management information reports from relevant sources
- Undertake other duties as directed by line managers commensurate with the post

**Group Internal Recruiter Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s grade C or above (to include English language and Mathematics)
- A CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential
- A strong background in administration, resourcing, recruitment is essential.
- Ability to prioritise, manage workloads and meet deadlines to deliver time critical projects is essential.
- Ability to create job descriptions, person specifications and vacancy adverts is essential
- You will thrive on processes and have the ability and drive to deliver work to an exceptional standard.
- You will genuinely enjoy talking to people and have excellent communication and strong relationship-building skills
- You will be confident and articulate and able to connect with people at all levels.
- The ability to multi-task and to work under pressure is essential.
- You will be determined and self-motivated, possessing a positive attitude and the drive to succeed.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proactive approach to duties.
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills - verbal (telephone and in-person) and written
- Excellent time management and coordination skills - ability to prioritise workloads to ensure end-to-end delivery.
- Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint) skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Able to work closely with clients and their representatives
- Must be enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Professional hands-on individual who is reliable and flexible in their approach to work
- Team player that focuses on contributing to and optimising the team output
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and accountability without daily guidance
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships
- Professional manner with strong command of the English language
