Chef de Partie - Immediate Start
Our client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join their team based at this prestigious site near Brackely, Northamptonshire.
Working within a very busy site, the catering department offers a breakfast, lunch and supper service as well as extensive hospitality and functions.
As the Chef de Partie, you will be part of a large team. All food is freshly prepared on site so the ability to cook from scratch is essential. You will need to be able to work as a team as well as use your own initiative and common sense.
Working hours are 5/7, 45 hours per week.
- be at Chef de Partie level with a progressive career background
- ideally have worked within a busy site (B&I, corporate or hotel) catering for high volume
- be able to work well within a team
- be able to cook using fresh ingredients
- be able to work occasional evenings and weekends as busy levels dictate
- be flexible and willing with a positive can do attitude
