**Customer Care System and Process Associate**

In this role you will provide support the UK&I customer service team by resolving and escalating any workflow constraints in the AX ERP system. You will ensure that the issues are investigated and resolved and you will work on projects and process changes including documentation and training of the team.

**Main key responsibilities**:

- Fix AX system errors adhering to KPI’s
- Daily system checks including shipping and invoicing
- Monthly report to check all shipments have been invoiced
- Managing the warehouse shipping system errors in Sales Force
- Participate in projects which may require travel/working outside contract hours
- Run reports in Sales Force, analyse data and highlight
- Log all queries and complaints in Sales Force, chase for outcome for customer adhering to KPI’s
- Credit approvals
- Assist in the audits
- Avaya Monthly Report for Call Stats
- Assisting with Customer service Communication internally and externally through various methods when required
- Point of escalation for customer service team

**Requirements**:

- Experience in dealing with customers
- Experience of working in Customer Service environment
- Excellent skills with MS Office
- Divergent thinking
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Technical and data driven
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Project management skills and abilities
