Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
- Assist with the organisation of office activities and operations
- Perform data entry, maintain records, and update databases
- Type, format, and assign documents
- Support colleagues with clerical tasks as needed
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite software and QuickBooks
- Familiarity with Microsoft systems
- Strong organisational abilities
- Efficient data entry skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
