We are multi awarding winning mental health specialists and consultancy and are looking for qualified and experienced therapists to work in our therapy rooms in Grimsby (Scunthorpe, Louth and Hull too) with adults and / or children and young people, on weekdays and Saturdays.

Whilst the role is self-employed you will be part of a fantastic team of likeminded therapists. As well as a clinical lead to support you, you will receive free group peer support and have access to training. There are lots of opportunities within Fortis to develop your skills through mentoring and coaching, the possibilities are endless

You will need to have the relevant qualifications (preferably a Degree), be a member of a professional body and have experience working therapeutically with clients.

Our main criteria is for you to be able to work creatively with clients to engage them in the therapeutic process, to have difference strategies and techniques in your toolkit to work with a wide range of clients with a wide range of difficulties - as well as:

- Being able to manage a caseload, diary, clinical notes management, filing and systems/processes competently and effectively
- Communicating clearly and effectively with the referrer and other agencies (as appropriate) and with peers, clinical leads, and others within the team as well as with clients
