**Sales Executive / Business Development Manager**who has excellent communication, organisational, prospecting, client account management and negotiation skills is required for a well-established company that provides Occupational Therapy Servicesto the NHS and Local Councils.

**FULL PRODUCT TRAINING PROVIDED**

Previous experience selling Occupational Therapy Services into the NHS or Local Councils, would be great. Although not essential. However, you will need a previous background in sales, with the ability to develop new business and account manage your clients.

**SALARY**:£40,000 OTE (includes a £21,000 per annum basic salary)

**LOCATION**:Remote / Work from Home. However, you must be within a commutable distance to travel into the Head Office in Brentford, West London when required.

**JOB OVERVIEW**

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Sales Executive / Business Development Manager who has excellent communication, organisational, prospecting, client account management and negotiation skills.

Working as the Sales Executive / Business Development Manager you will be responsible for selling a range of Occupational Therapy services to the NHS and Local Councils, which will involve managing the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generationto closing deals.

As the Sales Executive / Business Development Manager will also account manage your own portfolio of clients and carry out site visits when required.

In addition to your sales and client account management responsibilities you will also be involved with recruiting and retaining Occupational Therapists.

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**

As the Sales Executive / Business Development Manager you will have the following skills and experience:

- Proven track record in sales, lead generation / prospecting and business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

**DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience selling into and account managing Local Council and NHS clients would be extremely desirable
- Understanding Occupational Therapy would be desirable, although not essential as product training will be provided
