Hours - 7.30 - 17.00 Monday to Friday and every other Saturday 7.30 - 12.00

Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting customers and answering the telephone, dealing with all enguiries
- Use of our in-house computer system to process orders, deliveries and collections
- Preparing delivery and collection schedules for the drivers
- Explaining to customers how to use the equipment hired.
- Payment processing
- Keeping workstations and shop clean and in order
- Stock Management
- Working accordingly to Health & Safety Regulations

Required Skills and Experience:

- Full Driving Licence
- Previous experience preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge in tools and equipment
- Customer focussed, proactive and organised
- Good administration skills

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to Commute:

- Barry, CF62 7XX (required)
