**THE ROLE**:

- As Sales coordinator, you'll be working closely with the divisional head and external Sales teams who are sociable colleagues. You will tasked with a range of duties including generating quotes and processing orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Working on a range of projects, such as high rise buildings, public sector building, hospitals, museums, water treatment plants, office buildings etc.
- Working in tandem with the field sales team, maintaining good relationships with an expanding customer base, assuring the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction are achieved.
- You will manage customer requirements with particular focus on availability deadlines and price
- You will be taught the features, advantages and benefits of the company’s range of products & offerings
- You will produce clear and concise reports, required to address issues with particular sites, in order to assist further improvements in customer service and monitoring
- As Sales coordinator, you will record, update and maintain accurate information on CRM and ERP systems
- You'll be predominately office based Monday - Friday, however this role will require occasional attendance to project sites.
- You'll be offered extensive product and sales training, so a coachable attitude is key.
- You'll be working within a small team with varying personalities who are a chatty bunch, lots of banter, good team environment.

**THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE**:

- The ideal Sales coordinator would have worked in an office environment in sales or administration or customer service within a company in the Construction industry.
- You will have a proactive, can do attitude and a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
- You will have the ability to work to challenging deadlines with support, as well as under your own initiative.
- Good IT skills with Office, Word and Excel.
- You will have the ability to prioritise.
