We are currently recruiting for a mobility specialist dedicated to bringing the best user experience to their customers through innovation, service and technology. Their customers are at the heart of everything they do, and they don't settle for anything less than excellence.
As a Field Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Field Sales Reps by responding to incoming enquiries from new customers and booking in appointments for the Field Sales Reps to visit the client.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and objectives.
- Schedule and organise appointments for the field sales team.
- Liaise between the sales team and our customers to ensure seamless communication.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, leads, and opportunities.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks.
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or similar roles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
