**ABOUT THE POSITION**

**What is the purpose of this job?**

To assist IT & Systems Manager with daily tasks on all computer information systems used by JTAPE, specifically our ERP system, Netsuite.

**What are the primary duties of this role?**
- Carry out tasks given by IT & Systems manager in a timely manner, working to deadlines
- Support JTAPE employees with all IT requirements including new equipment or device setup
- Assist internal teams with price/credit queries and stock adjustments on Netsuite
- Collaborate with sales team on new product setups, pricing lists and generating rebates
- Create new or amend existing reports to facilitate analysis of data by sales, purchasing and Senior Management

**What other duties are required of this role?**
- Follow Company Health & Safety Policy, Procedures and Guidelines.
- Work in line with ISO 9001 procedures.
- Always utilise personal protective equipment when required and uniform provided.
- Keep work areas safe, tidy and clean.
- Develop and maintain a good working relationship with any relevant 3rd parties (currently Convene IT and more)

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Good knowledge of Office 365 Software, including Excel, Powerpoint, Word
- GCSE standard Literacy & Numeracy
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to established procedures
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Macclesfield (required)
