**Responsibilities**:
As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function and contributing to the overall success of our team. Your responsibilities will include:
**1. Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

**2. Disciplinaries and Grievances**:

- Assisting with disciplinary and grievance processes, providing guidance and ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.

**3.** **Advising and Supporting Line Managers**:

- Offer HR advice and support to line managers on various people-related matters.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

**4.** **Employee Guidance**:

- Provide advice and guidance to employees on a wide range of HR issues, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Address and resolve employee queries and concerns promptly.

**5.** **Ongoing Projects**:

- Contribute to and lead HR projects as assigned, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Collaborate with team members to drive continuous improvement in HR processes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR role.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- HR certification (desired but not mandatory).

**Salary: £40,000 pro rata**

**Part Time: 4 days**
