We are now recruiting for a **Sales Advisor **to join the Components Team within the Distribution Centre, Leeds.

The **Sales Advisor **will ensure the smooth running of the sales offices to assist both customers and the external sales team. The Sales Advisor will support with selling to customers directly face to face and also carrying out administrative tasks.

**Hiring Manager: Chris Balmer - Global Sales Director**

**Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Processing all new orders within the same day of receipt with speed and accuracy
- Managing customer/product /costing details within Microsoft D365
- Ensure all invoices are created/posted in a timely manner
- Creating sales reports in excel
- Liaising with internal departments/external courier networks to ensure prompt collection and delivery of customers’ orders.
- Ability to liaise with customers, sales team (including agents) and colleagues in a professional manner both written, verbal and face to face.
- Dealing with customer queries
- Communication customer needs and sharing customer information internally

**Skills & Experience required**:

- Enthusiastic & willing to learn
- Proficient in full Microsoft package, intermediary excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to self-manage your time during the working day
- Attention to detail and the ability to think clearly and work under pressure.
- Experience of Microsoft D365 & Teams desirable.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
