Progressive company based in Cobham require a Sales Manager to join a fast growing part of the business. There are genuine career opportunities for the successful person.

**Your responsibilities will include;**
- Business development - approaching prospects, arranging meetings and negotiating contracts
- Developing existing business - with a view to promoting a range of services
- Overseeing the general smooth running of the office
- Responsible for two support administrators
- Manage day-to-day resource within the team
- Provide support and guidance to the team in all elements of their roles
- Supporting the finance team with accounting tasks
- Experience at senior level in similar sales role
- Knowledge of payroll and accounting processes would be an advantage
- Be commercially aware
- Extremely motivated
- Pro-active attitude
- Fast learner

**Additional information**:

- Hours 8am - 5pm
- Excellent opportunities to progress
- Must be a car driver
