We seek an innovative problem solver to take the position of Quality control and client relationship officer for our expanding business. The QCCRO will maintain positive client relations, be the internal conduit between operations and sales to ensure that what we are selling and we are delivering to our clients with quality standards at the heart of what we stand for. This will mean ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are created where necessary-reinforced and communicated internally to ensure the standards. The QCCRO will feedback both positive and negative to the relevant internal parties, deliver the solutions and turn problems around with our clients as well as maintaining accurate records for our CRM. The QCCRO will report to the Chief Operations Officer(COO).To be successful as a QCCRO you should be a natural problem solver, be a clear and calm communicator and keep up with needs/wants and service trends. Ultimately, an excellent QCCRO officer will be able to consult well and ensure that all relevant internal parties both in sales and operations comply with company standards; this includes creating SOPs that potentially do not exist at present. There is a “get involved” to improve quality throughout the operation approach required to this role and our expectation is that the QCCRO will be agile in their approach to tasks required by the business.
**The Tasks**:
- Create and nurture long term relationships with our clients
- Resolve any issues that arise from our clients with the appropriate internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Build on the relationships to enhance sales and service
- Reporting and administration through internal systems to ensure in-depth paper trail
- Ensure that the brand and services of Fuelmii are delivered in the best possible way to clients, potential clients and wider reach
- Look for further business opportunities with existing clients
- Work with the sales function to ensure collaboration in account management and the sales strategy within the organisation
- Represent Fuelmii at events, conferences and exhibitions when required
- Work with the Operational and Depot division to keep track and monitor any issues as well as things that are going well in order to improve and enhance the service to clients
- Meet all KPI’s and goals set within the business
- Communicate with the internal teams in a collaborative and supportive manner at all times
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build solid relationships with key employees of our clients
- Create plans to addressclients business needs in line with Fuelmii
- Ensure we are delivering the quality standards set by Fuelmii and to our clients expectations
- Input data into CRM and keep this updated frequently
- Ensure all reports are up to date by liaising with relevant departments
- Ensure client satisfaction with all services of Fuelmii
- Escalate sales issues where appropriate
- Ensure that Fuelmii’s contractual terms are adhered to (internal and external)
- Upsell and enhance the business while meeting with clients
- Collaborate with the sales stream to develop business
- Collaborate with internal liaisons to address and highlight clients needs, trends and issues, and be involved in the development of solutions
- Deliver Standard Operation Procedures that are communicated to the relevant divisions (in line with what the Dept should do/ Sales should do to ensure a solid “onboarding” and continuous expectation of service)
- Assist the TM with compliance

- Understanding of compliance and ability to undertake tasks relating to this from a quality viewpoint
- Knowledge of the industry
**Salary and benefits**:
- 26-30k per year (depending on experience)

- Central London location (although regional travel will be necessary to visit clients)
