HR and Payroll Officer

Adecco are looking for an HR and Payroll Officer to join a craft company based on the outskirts of Oundle, near Peterborough.

You will be responsible for delivering monthly payroll via Sage 50 and ensuring that all staff expectations are met. Some of your main responsibilities will include:

- Undertaking monthly pay audit checks
- Ensure all HMRC RTI submissions are accurate and on time
- Process new starters and leavers and record all necessary documentation
- Be the first line advice for all current and existing employee benefits
- Produce payroll reports as required

Current knowledge of Sage 50 from start to finish is essential to be considered for this position. Familiarity with BambooHR software is highly desirable.

**The location of the office is not easily accessible by public transport, so your own car is needed.**
